Casa C'an Biel is located in a quiet residential area of Sa Coma, just 300 metres as the crow flies from the beautiful sandy Sa Coma Beach. The detached house has a spacious, sheltered garden with an inviting 8 x 4 metre pool, ideal for relaxing hours and refreshing moments in the water.
A large driveway leads to the house, which is accessed via a staircase. A spacious living room with satellite TV and WLAN awaits you on the first floor. A bright dining area and access to the large terrace offer a marvellous view over the residential area. The adjoining rustic kitchen is fully equipped. On this floor there is a bedroom with a Mallorcan double bed and a bathroom.
The staircase leads to the second floor with two further bedrooms with double beds, a second bathroom and a cosy reading corner. On the ground floor there is a garage with washing machine and storage rooms.
The beach of Sa Coma can be easily reached on foot in about 7 minutes. In Sa Coma you will find all amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops and medical facilities. The natural headland Punta de n'Amer is also nearby. An ideal place for a relaxing holiday!

Optional additional costs: If desired, an air conditioning flat rate (cold/warm) of 15,- Euro per day can be booked on arrival. The price of the tourist tax (eco-tax) is to be paid separately and is subject to the current rates of the legislation.
