We really did want to love this hotel, but for the price tag of 400 euros per night and a marketed 4 star experience, this was truly a disappointment. This is my first negative review ever in my 10+ years of travelling and I wanted to write this so people won’t waste their money like we did, or if you still decide to book it, adjust your expectations. Pros Nice breakfast nice views Room has some good extras like beach towel Bohemian decor One reception staff was very helpful Massive cons Horrible check-in experience - we got lost going to the hotel up a steep hill and a flight of stairs with 20+ luggage and received no help from staff after 2 calls to them or a simple “bell service” Beds weren’t just hard and flat, they felt cheap. Every movement on the bed made a noise. Pillows were flat and unsupportive. No sound proofing, we heard noises from the restaurant upstairs until midnight. We barely slept a wink for 3 nights. AC was controlled centrally which is fine and common. But it randomly turned up every night so I woke up every night very hot with no way to control the temperature in my room. To add to it, wifi dropped off every 10 minutes, couldn’t watch a single Netflix episode on wifi. Really bad location if you don’t have a car or wirh mobility issues For a 4-star hotel, this truly failed on every basic comfort dimension. We were aware that we could request for change, but tbh there were too many problems to bother.

Vi var veldig fornøyd med hotellets fasiliteter. Bra frokost og deilig bassengområde. I tillegg svært hyggelig og hjelpsomt personell. Derimot ikke fornøyd med hotellrommet. Det var veldig fuktig og rått, med maur på gulvet. Våte håndklær ble aldri tørre og det luktet kjeller.

Here’s a polished review you can post: We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The views of Port de Sóller from both the balcony and pool area were absolutely beautiful. The pool was fantastic, and having a pool bar on-site was a major bonus for relaxing throughout the day. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from each morning. We also highly recommend making a reservation at the hotel’s restaurant, NENI Mallorca, for dinner—it was a great dining experience. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return in the future.

Great stairway and little road right to the port, less than a 5 min walk. This was the best way of getting down to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Loved the pool, food, and staff. Went above and beyond bringing me out a birthday dessert and champagne when not even requested. Our favorite server was Faith!

Very cute Bohemian vibe hotel with very helpful staff, breakfast with wide variety of selection. location-wise is ok, short walk down to the port de Soller. Few things I wish could be better - more yoga classes and hiking tours (days and times) throughout the week, and larger carpark (that I suppose they can’t change as the property size is fixed) I said that, I loved my stay at Bikini Island just wish I can stay longer!

Check in was awful, no information given about hotel, meal times, facilities, pool towels etc, very abrupt staff, had to ask where lift was and how to get to our room. Room and bathroom were very small, only cleaned on alternate days. Asked twice for hair conditioner because it was empty and received shampoo. No cups or teaspoons or milk in room so coffee machine not much use!! One waitress at breakfast worked very hard. She was a credit to the hotel. The pool bar staff were also very nice.

Fantastiskt ”hippie/ibiza” hotell, det är som ”Peace & love”. Skönt poolhäng med skön musik. Finns även yogaklasser. Jättefin inredning. Det negativa är att rummen är extremt lyhörda, så har man sömnproblem ska man ej bo där. Detsamma om man har mat/doftallergier. Jag gillar detta hotell pga höjden, viben samt stilen.

Notre séjour a été décevant à plusieurs niveaux. La chambre était très petite, avec un lit inconfortable. Les couettes étaient trop petites et les coussins manquaient également de confort, ce qui a nui à la qualité du repos. Concernant la restauration, le restaurant affiche des tarifs particulièrement élevés au regard de la qualité des produits servis. Le petit déjeuner pourrait aussi être nettement amélioré, notamment avec l’installation d’un grille-pain professionnel et une meilleure qualité de beurre. De manière générale, l’établissement mériterait un rafraîchissement complet afin d’être à la hauteur de ses prestations annoncées. Enfin, l’offre de restauration du midi reste limitée, avec peu de choix et des menus assez répétitifs, ce qui est regrettable pour un séjour de plusieurs jours.

Fitnessbereich war eher dürftig. Wenig Geräte, aber eine schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen von Soller. Die Parksituation war schwierig. Es gibt wenig Parkplätze auf dem Hotelparkplatz, aber wenn die voll sind, muss man auf den umliegenden Straßen parken. Schöner Poolbereich. Tolles Frühstücksraum mit traumhaften Ausblick auf den Hafen von Soller.
