AC worked great which is a MUST in Ibiza. Pool deck area and pool was wonderful, the hotel felt more like staying in a high end boutique property, than your typical large hotel. Walking distance to anything you needed, minutes from everything. ATMs at a stone throw, as well as a little superette called SPAR and a laundromat as well. Bus stop for bus # 14 which takes you to Dalt Vila is like 300 mts away. No signs for it or nothing, we almost left for another hotel till we found a worker cleaning the room and asked them for help. Toilet was unflushed or maybe had chemicals in it which were yellow. No amenities such as soap, bodywash, etc. Bathroom door broken. The staff opened the door while we were sleeping three times, after the second time we put a DND sign on, they came in the third time.
