On this level we also find 2 bedrooms: Room 1 with direct access to the pool and to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom outside the room, private, with 2 washbasins, shower. This bedroom has also a safe. Room 2 with direct access to the pool and the terrace. This bedroom has 1 king size bed. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub and shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning. On the first floor we find the laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board and other 3 bedrooms: Room 3 This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom outside the room, shared, with shower. Room 4 This bedroom has 2 single beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom outside the room, shared, with shower. Room 5 This bedroom has 1 single bed. Bathroom outside the room, shared, with shower. Outside the villa has a very well-tended garden with sunny or shaded corners and lawn. The swimming pool of 8 x 4 m with a maximum depth of 1.50 m surrounded by wooden terraces and 6 sun loungers. Furthermore, there is a large porch with 2 tables, one with 4 seats, the other with 6 seats, several terraces, a garage for two cars. License nr: VT-0306-E Location The villa is just 5 minutes from the beaches of the bay, 10 minutes from Cala Bassa and 15 minutes from Cala Conta. All other beaches on the South and West coasts are within a radius of 15 km. There are restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Ibiza Town and the airport are 20 minutes away.
