Sleeps 4-5 persons. 2 bedroom villa on 2 floors. Built in 2002 in the traditional style of the typical stone houses of Ibiza with wooden ceilings. Decorated with Ibicencan antiques and with an Asian touch. Downstairs: self contained studio with A/C. Storage room and parking. Upstairs: Main house with A/C. Big open terrace and spacious covered terrace. Brand new spectacular swimming pool with a very big terrace, and BBQ (sorry, for security reasons, it can't be used in July and August) Upstairs bedroom with double antique bed, a 3 door wardrobe and beautiful sunset facing views. Downstairs studio bedroom with two single beds, double wardrobe, little fridge, TV, Sat. A/C, not communicated from the interior with the top floor. 2 bathrooms: Upstairs bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, bidet also with a window facing sunset. The villa is in very good condition and you have everything you need. The host is also very kind and makes you feel comfortable. If you don't mind to drive 20-30 minutes to the hot spots of Ibiza I would highly recommend this Villa. The sunsets are amazing. The connecting roads to the house are very bumpy so I would recommend a small sized SUV if you come by car. A Fiat 500 would do it as well but you would need to be very careful. We were initially drawn to the villa by the pictures of the beautiful pool deck - On arrival, to our delight, our immediate impression was that the pictures do not do it justice. We had plans to explore a little of Ibiza, and we did, but the outside areas of the villa were so beautiful, and the view from it likewise, that it was hard to pull us away. Throughout the exterior and interior the villa has character - it you are looking for stark minimalism this isn’t for you - But if you are looking for a warm personality and charm, this villa is definitely for you. Josep was easy to deal with and on arrival met us at an easy to find location, so that he could help us find our way to the villa (not difficult, but that first guided arrival did help). We had a wonderful holiday in this villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a secluded villa in a picturesque setting with great access to all the beautiful beaches and villages Northern Ibiza has to offer. We did a lot of travelling around the whole island, but spent a few days just relaxing by the pool and many evenings cooking on the barbecue, watching the sun set over the mountains with a glass of cava - bliss. Josep and Leah couldn't have been more helpful, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. With a 6 year old daughter and 3 year old son, favourite beaches included Cala Lenya and Cala Saint Vicent (the far end is best), but Cala d'Hort was also a hit - especially after we had climbed to the top of the cliff to see the Torre des Cap des Jueu with views overlooking Es Vedra. We also had a great time at the Sirenis Aquagames waterpark - our 6 year old enjoyed this so much we had to go twice! Luckily you can get reduced price tickets if you just go for the afternoon between 2-6pm. Another favourite was the glass-bottom boat from Portinatx. The beach area is very touristy, but once on the boat you can appreciate the beautiful coastal area and amazing rock formations (plus if you are lucky you might get to see a squid or two)! Josep and Leah were perfect hosts and we were given lots of information on arrival to make sure we made the most of our holiday, along with some fresh basil from Josep's herb garden. The villa itself was well equipped with everything we might need, even down to condiments and dishwasher tabs. Take the advice to hire an SUV as the road up to the villa is both bumpy and steep at times but once you get there, there are great views over the farmland below and particularly as the sun sets in the evening. There is a great selection of outdoor furniture and lots of places to sit whether you are baking in the sun or seeking a bit of shade. The only thing that could have made it better would have been if the air con was in the bedroom rather than the living room as the week we stayed was particularly hot and the fans were quite noisy for sleeping. It didn't spoil the holiday though. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday in beautiful surroundings. Thankyou Josep and Leah. We will definitely be back. ##### Heather M.
