"We have stayed at the sagebrush several times over the past 10-12 years and always been happy but the last trip we were disappointed with our room...it was not the one we booked and the walls were dirty and we weren't able to use the fireplace. The room was cramped and had old beat up furniture and just didn't have the charm that our other rooms have had in the past. Hopefully you will give some love to this hotel and make it special again."

The room and grounds are clean and maintained well. only negative comment is the outdated lighting in the rooms and bathroom are terrifying. The furniture is outdated and maybe too kitchy pueblo style. despite the outated lighting and furniture, the hotel is comfortable and the staff is great. "

There was a little confusion about billing for an upgrade but Crystal was very friendly and professional; she helped to resolve the problem as quickly as she could with Mike (the manager, who is also friendly and cares about your satisfaction). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The property and room were very clean and offered great amenities."
