Parking was right outside our handicap room, breakfast was delicious with lots of options and we enjoyed the hot tub. Good beds and reasonable rates. Had a great time in Taos.

Great place to stay, we had a feel of our native place, superior architecture, little old but maintained well. Carved Wooden furniture gave nice feeling of ancient time. We had a short trip so we booked there for 1 night only, wish we could have planned more and explore more there.

There is no a place for the dogs to do their business - it is all broken up concrete = no receptacles for the BM. The walls are paper thin so you can hear the people talking in the room next door and the air conditioner did not work well. It is not close to the historic part of town and on the busy highway so you can hear the traffic. I will never go back there. Very, very disappointed but the staff was very nice which helped me deal with a difficulty situation.

The room was not very clean, especially the high-touch areas. After our stay began at the hotel, kids developed a stomach bug on the first day of the trip, forcing us to cancel all our plans. Cleanliness is extremely important when traveling with children, and this stay did not meet expectations.

This is the most run down hotel I have ever stayed in. I’m shocked by the high reviews. The beds were awful with uncomfortable mattresses and the box spring was stained and gross. I don’t think this hotel has had any upgrades since the 90’s. The appearance outside is atrocious with rusting doors and basically surrounded by dirt. The hot tub smelled like sewage with not even a hint of chlorine and that was the main reason I chose this hotel. We had zero maid service, not even to take out the trash. The only positive was friendly front desk staff, but that’s literally the only positive. The towels are miniature for bathing and the hot tub. I’ll never stay here again when visiting Taos. Beware.
