"We found the hotel needed upgrading in some areas. Also simple things which could be fixed e.g. the toilet door squeaked and in the middle of the night this was most annoying. For elderly guests a walk-in shower is a must as opposed to shower over bath. The staff are without exception very helpful and went above and beyond. Breakfast was lovely. Parking is no problem at all"

"While there was plenty that was great about the house—how secluded it is, how we woke every morning to sounds of sheep, how comfortable it is—the only thing that really mattered was the view out of the south window. You can get lost in it. I sat every morning with a cup of coffee and just looked out at the hills. Gorgeous."

"Lovely place to stay ,we were in area for a weekend,staff and facilities restaurant brilliant ,breakfast amazing also , highly recommended,we will stay here again . Nothing a problem for the staff ,we had dog with us and room we had number 11 was perfect for taking dog out at night and in morning next to a wood ."
