I even tried to help the girl on the bar to fix it, and when I mentioned this in the morning I was told "well there should have been internet" I stay in hotels a minimum of 3 times a week and this to be fair has to be the worst for service and well...… In the morning I was asked if I was ready for breakfast..... Yup I replied, expecting her to come back and ask me what I would like cooked, like any normal person would have thought and expect... BUT NOT this hotel, you get a plate put in front of you with stuff you don't like, and sliced sausage that you need a chisel to cut. and the towels well the marks on these would seem as if they hadn't been changed but I think they had, however why put stained/mark towels out in the first place don't create a complaint. would rather travel the extra distance to find somewhere else. Always ready to point out the nearby facilities and how to get there. Karen ( the Manageress) and other staff made us feel that we were the only people who were important to them.
