I only had a day to be in this area, I timed my arrival for high tide, the simple shot didn't quite capture everything i was feeling there so i did a 6 image panno using a 70-200 with 8 second exposures for each one

we couldn't find anywhere to eat on Saturday and Sunday apart from an Indian Restaurant. We had a beautiful fish supper in the Fry Inn on Monday night.
