Great location! Walkable to matsuyama city station and the JR station. Right across the street from tram stops. Room was comfortable and clean, bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. Breakfast was average, but definitely not the worst we had in Japan! Nice to be able to get a tea or water ...

After a long day sightseeing it was very nice to relax in the onsen. Staff was very helpful and polite. I need to a sewing kit and the staff was kind enough to loan me one.
