Cozy villa surrounded by greenery and close to the beautiful coves of San Vito Lo Capo.  
The structure is located in a natural reserve where you can reach the sea (400 meters) naturally on foot or by taking advantage of the completely free and efficient service of the "nice" shuttle train that will make your holiday even more comfortable. The area is well served at coca 700 meters you can find pharmacy, supermarket and bakery. A good opportunity for a well-deserved relaxation and when you feel like it, just a few kilometers away, the well-known San Vito Lo Capo, which with its splendid white beaches and its tasty couscous awaits you. It should be noted that the villa is rented for exclusive use.
