"A pleasant family hotel in a good location in the town, but the rooms are in dire need of an update. We had a decent size triple room with view over the parking and entrance. Beds were comfortable enough, but there was carpet in the bathroom (like from the 90s) and no shower curtain to keep the water contained. "Hotel was great location, parking was full but big car park down the hill, only complaint was that they should not charge to use spa after 10am that’s naughty as you want it after the slopes"
"We were a family of 4 staying in the family suite which was excellent with great facilities, modern, and roomy. Only slight downside was the noise from the ski hire shop directly above, 8am to 6pm. Staff very helpful and responsive. Breakfast ok, wide-ish choice. Hotel is in a great location. Could do more to compete with the lively apres-ski bar/hotel next door. All in all it was excellent and would stay again. "
