"The location of this property was ideal as we were there to watch our son compete at the Special Olympics Worlds! We were within walking distance to the ski hill, restaurants and many shops. Didn't even have to use our rental as it was safely parked in the underground parking through the hotel. The only thing better than the location was the staff!!! "The hotel from hell. They say check-in is from 4pm which is already quite late, but don’t expect to get your room key until 6pm. Chaotic queues at check-in and it took people several hours before they got their room keys. Apart from that the hotel is run-down, tired and untidy. Certainly not worth the price. In the end we didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. Fortunately it was only a one night stay. We were only too happy to move on in the morning."
