Villa ELISEO 2400 private pool & sea view

Villa Eliseo is a completely private contemporary villa located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in San Roque. It can accommodate up to 10 travellers in 4 bedrooms.

Three bedrooms are situated on the upper floor: one bedroom with a king-size bed and two bedrooms with double beds. The fourth bedroom is situated on the lower level. It has four single beds.

The villa has 3 full bathrooms and a separate toilet.

The living spaces are bright and open onto the terrace, garden and private pool. The large terrace allows outdoor dining whilst enjoying views of the Mediterranean and Gibraltar.

The villa has an equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TV connected to the Internet with access to local channels, gas barbecue and private parking on site. No subscription to Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video or other streaming services is provided. Travellers can use their own accounts in the available applications.



Air conditioning:

All four bedrooms have air conditioning. The lower level bedroom has independent reversible air conditioning, functional for both cooling and heating.



Pool — after confirming the proposed rate of €50/night:

Private pool. Optional heating: €50 per night for the entire stay, to be requested at least three days before arrival. Target temperature: 28 °C, depending on weather conditions. Without this option, the pool is not heated.



The villa is equipped with a smoke detector integrated into the alarm system.



The villa is particularly suitable for families and groups seeking spacious areas, tranquillity and privacy. It is not located directly on the beach. A car is recommended to access the beaches, shops, restaurants and main points of interest in the region.
