Beautiful apartment of 88m2, south facing, two steps from the beach of Alcaidesa, free wifi and garage.  
  
Apartment with marble floors and double glazed windows with electric shutters.  
  
It has a spacious living room with TV terrena-TDT and satellite, a terrace of 27m2 with spectacular views of the rock of Gibraltar, coast of Africa, beach and lighthouse.  
  
Fully equipped kitchen, and equipped with SIEMENS appliances: ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood and small appliances and complete kitchenware.  
  
It consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and the other with two single beds, also has a second bathroom.  
  
Hot water by electric boiler, washing machine, iron and ironing board in laundry room, built-in safe.  
  
 Located in an urbanization with spectacular gardens, four swimming pools with lifeguards open all year round, golf course, playground for children, 24 hour security. There is also within the urbanization a pharmacy, mini-market, beauty and beauty salon, English pub, pizzeria, beach bars and restaurant.  
  
Just 10 minutes by car you will find supermarkets and shopping centers.  
  
Both Malaga and Jerez airports are just over an hour's drive away.
