My confidence in Extended Stay was renewed with my stay here. Unlike other Extended Stays in this area, this property was neat and clean and.had been updated. It also felt safe with no sketch factor. Staff was very.helpful and available. I signed up for 4 additional nights after.my first.nights stay. Also, price was very reasonable for this area.

The property was clean and staff was nice. There was some problems trying to get ahold of the property prior to our arrival. The staff also did not mention changes that may occur when we had to change to an ADA room. We booked a King Suite and called to get a ADA room. When arrived at the room it was a Queen bed and the ADA room was the farthest room from the Elevators. When we talked to the staff about this they stated that all the ADA rooms are Queens and they have them the located a the end of the hotel because it is less noisy. My husband is in a wheelchair and this made getting around the hotel a challenge, making it so that he did not want to leave the room. When asked about the price difference for the smaller bed they said that a queen and king beds were the same price but was not reflexed on the website . Overall not a horrible experience, however will not be staying here again anytime soon.

The hotel needs to work on the Oder and there cleaning of there rooms. They don’t clean well . The sink in the restroom had mold and the microwave was not clean out aswell has them dusting . There was cobwebs in there window ceils.

The overall rating of this property is terrible! The beds were so dirty, had some hair inside the sheets! The front desk staff, Dee, was very helpful. She was the only thing that made the experience okay.

This is to both extended stays in San Ramon. Long story short I tried to extend my stay and expedia put me in at the other ES. So returned to the room to find it closed up and my stuff in the lobby. Expedia could not resolve this and I was forced to go to the other one (grrrr... not giving expedia good marks at all!) But ES staff were above and beyond. Super nice about it and even giving me a lift to the other location. That is above and beyond service and they are so incredibly nice and helpful. Kudos ES San Ramon staff!

Savo that checked us in was rude and uncooperative. Mary came out and helped us get checked in. She saved a completely negative review about our check in. They need to get rid of their policy about ID for every guest.

The place was alright, decent bed and pretty large room. Friendly staff though it can be a bit if a hassle to find someone bc they’re in the back somewhere. Wish there was secured garage parking instead of a parking lot, but overall if you just need to crash for a few days, it’s worthwhile.

It was sufficient for my purpose …a two night stay fairly close to my conference venue.
Costco gas was right next door, so that was great and so was ease of getting to and from the freeway.
