She communicated with us very well and promptly (in English) both by text and in person, and gave us lots of suggestions for restaurants, activities, stores, etc. The house is a bit on the "rustic" side (as is all of San Pedro de Atacama) but quite comfortable. We had the whole house for just 2 of us, but it has beds for up to 10 (one queen and 4 bunk beds), though there is only one bathroom. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight, offering beautiful views of a clear night sky.The house felt safe, well equipped, and comfortably accommodated the five of us. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay.
