Smooth and easy check in and check out. They totally spoil you with mid day snacks , afternoon tea and cookies and evening wine and cheese. Continental Breakfast is available from very early am for people who leave on excursions and more options ( eggs etc) are available after 7 am. We left every morning very early so cannot comment on quality of the full breakfast. The staff is incredible. Franklin, the manager, remembers everyone’s names and speaks to all guests to ensure their satisfaction. And everyone else follows his lead in providing incredible service to all the guests. We were there for 3 nights and wished we could stay longer.
