Lovely as always

House Casale L’Uliveta is much more than just a place to stay – it has become our second home. We have been coming back here for ten years now and each time we leave feeling calm, happy and energized. We would like to thank the wonderful family for their kindness and care, which always makes us feel truly welcome. The house is always spotlessly clean, cosy and the surrounding beautiful nature creates an ideal place for relaxation. We are grateful to have discovered such an exceptional place!

Incredible place

As always we had wonderful stay. The place is carefully nursed by the owners which are still improving the space and equipment. New terace with the magic view and the basement kitchen makes the place even better. I wish to come back ASAP ♥️

Lovely Tuscany holiday home

Lovely house in a quiet, hilly but central location with stunning views across the beautiful Tuscan countryside and towards the medieval hill top town of San Miniato. The house is just as described in the listing and very comfortable with air conditioning throughout. The pool is large with plenty of sun loungers for relaxing and two separate shaded seating areas for outdoor dining. The owners E., G.and their family are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Like a paradise

If you look for a quiet location on a countryside far away from city center, this place should serve your needs perfectly. The nicely equipped house with its spacious garden resides on top of a hill with a stunning view to a Tuscany landscape and the comparably sizable pool was ideal for swimming. When we arrived we were nicely welcomed by the owners. Whenever we had a question or wish, they provided all the guidance needed. In summary, it was a memorable vacation in a perfect location.

This house is more then wonderful. Built and equipped with love. Every room is wonderful decorated. The bathroom is very modern and provides three showers. Geweldig huis, prachtige locatie. Wel auto nodig. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Schoon, netjes en supervriendelijke eigenaren. We zouden het zo weer doen. Veel privacy. Een tip voor de eigenaar: van alles 8 qua serviesgoed/glazen.

Fantische vakantiewoning in het mooie To

Het is nu het derde jaar op rij dat wij naar dit huis komen. Dat is volgens ons de best mogelijke commentaar. Een prachtig huis, fantastisch mooi gelegen in een uiterst rustige omgeving en voorzien van een prachtig en groot zwembad. Bovendien wordt men verwelkomt door een supersympathieke familie die er alles eaan doet om het je zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken en steeds voor je klaar staan. Het huisje is ideaal gelegen, ongeveer midden tussen Pisa en Firenze. Een absolute aanrader.

Jedno z nejkrásnějších míst…

Strávili jsme s rodinou opět nádherný pobyt v tomto prázdninovém domě, který se nachází v klidném prostředí, obklopený krásnou přírodou – ideální místo pro odpočinek. Majitelé byli naprosto úžasní – velmi vstřícní, milí a s maximální péčí se starali o naše pohodlí. Cítili jsme se vítáni a jako doma. Dům byl perfektně čistý, prostorný a skvěle vybavený. Celkově vládla velmi přátelská atmosféra, která ještě umocnila celý zážitek. Děkujeme za vše, byli jsme nadšeni, rádi se zase vrátíme .❤️

Fijn huis met prachtig uitzicht

Een ruim huis direct naast het huis van de familie die er eigenaar van is. Het was schoon en goed ingericht. De tuin en het zwembad zijn heerlijk. De airco is van goede kwaliteit. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De kwaliteit van de pannen mag iets beter. De locatie is perfect om Toscane te ontdekken, alles is dichtbij. Kortom, een prima vakantiehuis.

Au cœur de la Toscane

Le gîte est merveilleusement situé à équidistance des sites incontournables de la Toscane. C'est un pur bonheur de profiter du calme et de la vue magnifique sur San Miniato et les paysages typiques de la Toscane que ce soit le matin pour un café au levant ou le soir après une journée de visite dans la foule des touristes. On oublie la cohue et on ne pense plus qu'aux beautés qu'on a vues. Le gîte est à l'image de ses propriétaires agréable et accueillants ! On a passé un séjour inoubliable.

traumhaftes Haus mit sehr aufmerksamen u

Wir haben das Haus im Reisebüro gebucht, da es taktisch klug in der Mitte der oberen Toskana liegt und wir so kurze Wege zu Pisa, Florenz, San Gimignano, Lucca hatten. Außerdem suchten wir Ruhe, die hier gegeben ist. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und haben nichts vermisst. Der Garten ist gepflegt, der Pool groß genug zum schwimmen und insgesamt alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Besitzer sprechen auch englisch.

Fantastische locatie in prachtig Toscane

Net als vorig jaar verbleven wij twee weken in deze schitterende vakantiewoning. De eigenaars hebben het huis verbouwd zodat het nog ruimer en mooier werd met een volledig nieuwe keuken, extra badkamer met toilet, woonkamer en een volledig nieuw terras met zicht op de vallei van San Miniato. Een extra pluspunt is het mooi en groot zwembad in de tuin. De eigenaars, de familie T., zijn supersympathieke mensen die steeds bereikbaar zijn en er alles aan doen om hun gasten verder te helpen.
