"Overall, the property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The wildlife was a highlight of the stay. We saw monkeys, a sloth, lizards and many different types of birds, which made the experience feel especially unique. The hotel itself was peaceful and never felt overly crowded, which was a major plus. The main drawback was the service, which was consistently slow throughout the stay. From check-in to being seated and served at lunch and dinner, there were noticeable delays. At the wet bar, I waited about 15 minutes before the bartender was able to take my order. It did not seem to be a reflection of the staff themselves, but rather that the property appeared understaffed, especially at the restaurants and bars. Checkout was similar, with only one person at the front desk managing both phone calls and guest departures. The food and drinks were very good and clearly well prepared, though they felt overpriced given the level of service. Overall, the property itself was lovely and the setting was memorable, but the staffing and service experience did not quite match the price point. Note: If you plan to drive, be extremely careful as there were a lot of cars parked on the side of the road by beach goers, making it narrow and dangerous with oncoming vehicles."

"The property is beautiful once you find it. My Google maps was having a bit of a hard time. The car climb to the entrance of the hotel is...interesting. The restaurant offers basic fare, hamburgers, tacos and such. It was nice not to have to go out for dinner if you didn't want to. Some of the restaurant staff was not very attentive but the food was good. Running out of butter for the toast at breakfast was a little hard to understand. Overall a nice stay."

"We were a group of 13. Amazing location and views but not worth the hype. 1 family pool which is right next to the breakfast/lunch place. Not many options. Due to the location of the property there’s a lot of steps to access. Breakfast spread was very basic. Staff was very helpful so kudos to them. Kids were charged extra which we weren’t aware about prior to our arrival."

"The property was absolutely gorgeous. Having cocktails on 3rd floor watching the sunset was stunning. The entire staff was very attentive to our needs. We were a little disappointed with our dinner in the restaurant. Our meals were very over cooked. We were grateful that the staff prepared a to- go breakfast for us each morning since we had early excursions, however, the sandwiches and pastries were a little on the stale side. This resort would be exceptional with a few small changes to the food they offer. "

"Breakfast that was included was very good. Staff was always helpful and courteous. Made sure we had breakfast on the days we had an early activity planned. Transfer to and from airport was punctual and good driver. Room was clean. The shampoo and conditioner would be my only complaint.. should have brought my own. Location was good in terms of restaurants, the national park and a store right across the road and the beach. Very convenient"

"This hotel was amazing! Without a rental car, trips added up quickly- it is far from everything!!! The beach was empty, stunning, and wellmaintained. The staff were super kind & helpful. I would recommend staying here if you want a laid back trip! Macaws flying around were so pretty (and loud!) we also saw parrots, iguanas, and many other animals! Restaurant was good, it is a bit limited menu, but everything we ate/drank was delicous (Guanabana drink was hard to top!)."
