"I thought the staff was extremely friendly and helped us with any requests. They even ordered us multiple cabs which was a big help. The lobby was quiet and clean. "Very great stay for the price, the external bathroom wasn’t at bother at all and the room was really big. Close to the center and very clean, bed was super comfortable! Only issue was the AC didn’t really cool down the apartment, and the fridge wasn’t super cold, but honestly would definitely stay again. Also there is no free parking so make sure you note that "

"The room was spacious, there was no 24/7 reception so the staff asked about our check-in timings and waited for our arrival to give us administrative instructions. The accommodation was on the 2nd floor of a building with a small elevator for us to bring our luggages up. It was located in a fantastic part of Florence with many shops and eateries around which were open till night. The shower head shared the same space as the toilet bowl so that needed some getting used to."

"As a solo traveler, I accepted that the room was relatively small but more than adequate. The only problem I had was that the room faced a large area with many water pipes (I often heard running water). Perhaps because of the water, I had an invasion of mosquitos and had 50 bites. I should have mentioned it to the staff earlier as they did offer to fumigate the room. As I was leaving the next day, I declined the offer. I am certain it would have been a better situation."
