The staff were amazing they were helpful and very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent as well as the service they gave. The hotel is close to everything there’s restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, and weed shop very near (walking distance) or if you want to go to another city it’s around 15-20 minute by car which is not bad either. Gorgeous view from the rooftop as well.

Very walkable location in the hear of Old San Juan. Rooftop terrace/sun deck and pool with terrific views. Nice and clean large room with a very comfortable beds. Great little coffe shop in the lobby and adjacent bar.

Joelis and Carlos were so nice and welcoming. The hotel is very central to the best restaurants and bars in old San Juan. The room was very clean, great A.C and good WiFi and the decoration and vibes of the place were unmatched! 100% recommended

Good hotel at a good price. The only down sides were the vending machine on the rooftop was not working, no staff on the rooftop bar, and if you wanted to change the temperature in the room you had to go downstairs to ask for the remote and then bring it back after. Elevator is very slow but not a big deal. Staff was nice and friendly. Great location. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel has a great location in San Juan and the staff are truly incredible. The rooftop pool is great to relax and has a great overlook of the city. Like most buildings in the area, it is old and the only hiccup we ran into during our stay was the fact that our room wouldn't lock on it's own. We let the staff know and they are looking to resolve the issue. Other than this, it was an affordable spot to get a good night's rest during a Puerto Rico getaway!

The staff was very nice. Our room was large. The water in the shower never got warm the entire 4 days we were there. I will add , we chose not to complain about it since there was an ongoing water shortage on the island and we didn’t want to seem ungrateful… lol The bar on site was closed the entire 4 days we stayed ( Aug 21st-24th) a tad disappointed with that. Breakfast wasn’t available the 1st morning but was the next three mornings and it was very good. The location of the hotel was wonderful. We walked a lot but everything felt close .

The room itself very nice spacious…the towels in the bathroom smelled like mothballs nasty the shampoo bottles where half used like they left whatever wasn’t used from before. The breakfast was delicious probably the best breakfast I’ve had in my whole stay in PR!! Would I stay again yes very nice room everything was very comfortable
