Great Santa Clara Convention center access

Pros: Convention center indoor access, Free parking, Great breakfast, comfy clean room, In room mini fridge.
Cons: Hall carpeting.
Location: Santa Clara Convention center (attached), Great America across street, LEVI stadium - 1 block away.
Perfect convention center access down the indoor hallway. As this trip was on a rainy weekend, the indoor access was very much an asset. Rooms have mini fridge, iron, and coffee maker. Microwave down the hall with the ice machine. Nice TV, with plenty of channels, and complimentary wifi in rooms. Clean comfy room, preferred softer pillows given on request. View was great from the 10th floor, with a full-width desk at the window for easy suitcase access, or laptop use. Comfortable easy chair and ottoman. Heat and Air was quiet and in-room thermostat controlled. Hall carpet looks worn, but room carpets were clean and newer, where it counts. Four elevators were very fast, no waiting. Breakfast buffet may have been pricey if paid at the hotel, but I prepaid with the room, for a significant discount. It was full american with bacon, sausage, eggs, coffee, juice, breads, rolls, many fresh fruits and berries. Also had salmon and Asian breakfast items as well. Staff was efficient, accommodating, and friendly on every interaction. I suggest you choose a high floor in the back as early morning protesters were out with bull-horns on the street side. These protesters were not affiliated with the hotel staff at all. Since we were on a high floor, it was not really a problem for us.

Great Hotel, but maybe needs some remodelling soon

Everything was perfect, but I personally think that the hotel itself is getting old. The door to the room was heavy, parking lot to the hotel room is far (no back entrance/ access door?...hm), antique elevator, and low shower hydralic pressure. I mean the staff and everything else was good, but these are some of the things that the hotel itself could improve. (Compare to other hotels in the bay area)

some checked-in mixed up but gave us a nice deal.

Pros: The manager is so nice that to resolve our check-in mixed up she gave a free buffet breakfast in our entire stay .
Cons: Looks like pre/ check-in file in not hook up with the system or the staff doesn't know where to look .
Location: It's so convenient when you're in a conference at Santa Clara convention center , just steps away.
Excellent stay, staff are friendly , accommodating.

Not following the expected hyatt standards

Cons: Bathoom door,room service.
I usually go to Hilton next to it, but this time thought I should try something new, and go to Hyatt, because why not - it's a good name brand. My room's bathroom door was broken and not closing it was a major inconvenience. The room service also wasn't that great - the furniture was just left all over the place, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned that well either. Would not recommend to stay.

Pros: service was ok except the baggage men outside the front door kept checking out my fiance. very entertaining
Cons: update the hotel do some renovation and teach your employees courtesy
when checking in the room smelled like a room that was a smoking room and was supposed to be non. rugs were very worn and shower was old. upon calling the front desk I was moved to a second room. no smell in this one but room was very dated like the first.

Great choice on the outskirts of San Francisco

This hotel was a great choice because it's right in front of Levi Stadium and there was a concert there I was attending that I was able to walk to. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very courteous and professional. The hotel food and room service was excellent and the sushi bar is outstanding. I would stay here again when I'm in the area. The hotel is about 40 minutes from downtown San Francisco but I didn't mind the drive at all.

Convenient location to Levi Stadium

Checked in on the day of the Beyonce crazy so it was a mad house in the lobby. Many people were waiting for their rooms because hotel was backed up on cleaning them. Check in is at 3PM, I got there at 4:30PM and room wasn't ready till 5:30PM. Front desk said they would credit our bill $50 for dining credit but it was not on our bill when we checked out so we had to ask for it, good thing I caught it when checking out. Returned to our room at 11PM the 2nd night after a long day in SF and our room was not cleaned. Called the front desk to see if our room rate includes daily cleaning service and they confirmed it did but our room was unfortunately missed. Worker offered to send someone to tidy up room but we were so exhausted after a full day in SF and had to wake up at 5AM next day for our flight. Overall I would stay there again because of its convenient location but will definitely shop around first.

The hotel themes the lobby to what the event may be at Levi Stadium which makes you even more excited for that event.
