You're staying in hotels all across Costa Rica, we were surprised at this one didn't have air conditioning. The first room they gave us was different than the one we had booked online so when we pointed this out at the front desk they upgraded us to a suite. While the room now had a king bed, there was road noise and you could hear people in the hallway. Did have a nice bathroom and the breakfast buffet was ok. Better if you went early in the morning. I also email the hotel months in advance to set up a shuttle to the airport, which we found out had not been done but they were able to get us on a shuttle even though they usually need 72 hour notice.

Cleanliness issue. Doesn’t have eagerness to give excellent service to their guest. Providing smelly towels, not refilling the toiletries and not cleaning the glasses. Lazy work.

I didn't like the room because our window was facing the restaurant on the first floor. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Hotel staff was nice.

The hotel is perfectly located near Sabana Park, the largest green space in San Jose. The street is quiet. The room was great with a perfect bed and nice flat screen. Breakfast was really nice with someone making omelettes. Definitely a good deal for the price!

Nice hotel in a nice area. Staff is very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that on here it said they had a pool and they do not.
