About as perfect as one could imagine. Our room was an ancient building updated to a very comfortable one bedroom apartment. Suitable for any special occasion like a honeymoon, anniversary, etc. Be sure to have dinner on the property, it is an event on its own. A simple 10 does not give this property justice, it deserves much higher.

GORGEOUS. GORGEOUS. GORGEOUS. Such an incredible property with such a lovely family operating it. The wines are delicious, the apartments are spectacular, the food is incredibly tasty. The pool was wonderful and the property and farm buildings were gorgeous While we were there, we did a wine tasting (absolutely delicious) and had the aperativo/dinner in the courtyard. Wonderful experiences. Our apartment was spacious, completely equipped with a small kitchen and beautiful large bathroom. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The staff/family were incredible!! They were very welcoming. Ricardo especially was very helpful in showing us around. We hope to return to enjoy the property (and the wine) again soon!

Fantastic stay at the Fattoria San Donato. The property is located in the midst of nature, very easy to reach, with lots of parking. Staff is super friendly and welcoming, the wine is delicious, apartments are big, very clean and very practical, the food (we only had breakfast) is very nice, and there are many activities offered to spend the time (we unfortunately didn’t have a chance to do them as we only booked an overnight trip). Highly recommended and would definitely come back to the Fattoria. Thank you once again for the very warm welcome and experience!

From The minute we walked onto the property we were treated like friends and not customers. We were showed to our room and it was exactly as we imagined a Tuscan farmhouse would look like. We enjoyed supper that night with all the other guests, family style at one big table. The food and wine were amazing and the atmosphere was great! We were only booked to stay for 2 nights but enjoyed ourselves so much that we stayed an extra night

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay in one of the apartments which we needed for the bedroom space more than for the amenities offered. The grounds are beautiful, the beds comfortable, and the stay quiet and relaxing. We stayed on New Years Day so their kitchen was closed for dinner and we chose not to eat breakfast the next morning, so I can't speak to their meal preparation, but otherwise the service and friendliness of the staff was excellent. We'd stay again for sure - great experience!

Exceptional

Exceptional! Clean rooms, great food, great wine, and great location! On top of that, Federica and Humberto are just fantastic people. I traveled with my wife and my 91 years old mother, they made sure my mom was comfortable, to the point of changing the room and allowing me to park closer to our room, and even making soup for dinner because that is what she wanted that night. It cannot get better than that!!! Five stars!!!
