Excellent location for Disney California. Friendly and attentive staff. Free underground parking. Nice cafe for breakfast - the morning Bagel was delicious. Laundry facilities. Highly recommend!

The staff are so friendly and always happy to help. The room was clean and in excellent condition. Breakfast was basic but well presented. Every time someone left a table the lady made sure it was clean for the next person. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely stay here.

We have stayed here twice in 12 months and love it. Great food,comfy beds and perfect location. Waiting staff very friendly.

Staff and room were lovely, everywhere felt so safe and welcoming. Everywhere in the hotel was always cleaned immacuatly and cannot wait to return.

This hotel and staff are amazing It was super clean and had complementary tea and coffee. The staff are so nice and helpful my son celebrated his 30th birthday and they helped with everything. and just made you feel so welcome. Definitely will stay here again when visiting relatives in LA

Fantastic location for Disney - 20 min walk at a quick pace. Accommodation was clean, spacious and of good quality. For the price point we were very pleased. Staff were great.

Excellent location with friendly staff. Room was clean and well maintained with a good layout for a family with a mix of young and older children. Breakfast offering was okay, although we only took advantage of it once due to the the hours and need to get into the parks. Would definitley consider staying here again as price was ery competative compared to the other Harbour / Katella located hotels.

From the initial excellent welcoming cookie and conversation to the final farewell after a great breakfast, this was what a hotel stay should be. Nothing was too much trouble, the room was great. If I say the only problem was trying to find the Olympic coverage on the TV in our room, I think you get the idea. I wish our stay could have been longer.

Rooms large. Breakfast was brilliant. Safe area. Pleasant staff. Would stay here again. Only negative is parking charge $50 (valet) or 'self park' for $30. There's a parking lot two minutes walk away (Orange) for $9 a night which we used for our stay with no issues.

Hotel was spotless, staff were very obliging. Very convenient for all amenities in the area. On the whole a lovely stay
