We had a great stay at the Seaside Inn, The room was clean, the shower was hot, the bed was comfy, and the location was excellent. Quick walk to Equator Coffee for breakfast and from there a beautiful walk along the waterfront to Fisherman's wharf to check in with Chonkers at Pier 39. Nice shops on Chestnut and Union streets (Lombard is basically a highway). Street noise was not an issue.

The staff at the front desk, who, I believe were the owners, were very available and nice. The location was perfect and it has great parking. We felt safe. The rooms are older but ok. And for the proximity to the road, very quiet. Small maintenance items were needing attention, like the grout needed cleaned, the towel hanger needed tightened as it was about to fall off. You only get one coffee pack a day. If I would have asked they probably would have given me more. Overall, it was nice and convenient. A basic older hotel.

Although the property is small and parking is tight, this is the cleanest place in which I’ve ever stayed in San Francisco. It was immaculate. The people were friendly and we love staying there.

As inexpensive hotels go, this one was fantastic! They checked on my room daily and while they didn’t make the bed, they took the garbage and refreshed towels. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Very little parking so heads up there. But that isn’t dissimilar from others at the same price range nearby. I will absolutely stay again.

This was a great budget friendly hotel. The location was perfect for walking to the wharf and was right on the bus line. Great to be able to park at the hotel and leave the car to not have to pay for parking. Clean hotel with no bad smells. Felt very safe in this location.
