The staff was very nice. However, our A/C was broken the entire trip, the bathroom sink was leaking onto the floor, and our room was very noisy at night due to the homeless population on the street.

It's a an old building but well maintained, the only issue I had was the elevator wasn't working upon check in and the front desk lady didn't know how to access the stairs. The bed and room were fine if a bit hot. Could use some ac in the rooms, but it was a great location and the rooms were clean.

I just really appreciated how accessible everything was to the downtown area. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff was extremely helpful. In spite of being in the core of the Civic Centre area of San Francisco, where things are very busy, I felt like I was in the midst of a small town

Room maintenance was very poor despite my requests to the Front Desk. Always some items missing and room not cleaned. Garbage overflowing. I was asked an early check-in fee before 4 PM that was not mentioned during booking. This is a hidden fee. Location is close to BART and MUNI if using public transportation, but very noisy all day and night. Would NOT return.
