What I really liked about the property was how clean, comfortable, and welcoming it felt. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Reasonable price, good location if you have SFO flight, shuttle service in time which is very convenient. Room is clean enough, no refrigerator. Free continental breakfast, which is also very convenient. I usually stay for one night if I have early flight. I have everything needed for a short stay. If you are looking for something fancy - this is not your place.

There is nothing worth to me to mention. If you just need a place to sleep, this is ok. Please don’t expect anything more - breakfast quite dismal, no drinking water, no lotion, no fridge / microwave, unclean sink, bathtub with hair all over. I wish I stayed at a different place.

The hotel was ok. They did have an airport shuttle which was convenient. I picked this hotel because among other things they had an outside area. You are allowed to use it but you couldn’t come back in the same door. They locked it and the only way back in was going through the back and walking all the way around in the dark. It did not feel safe so I didn’t use it. Also the wifi is terrible. Overall if I had to book again I would book elsewhere.

Clean and convenient! Great location, about 10 minutes from the airport. With an early morning flight, took me 30 minutes to drive to the airport, return my rental car, and be at my gate. Would stay in SF again!

It can be a noisy area with being by the airport but all the hotels are exposed to the noise. But the hotel itself is very quiet. I was able to work without disruption and our pets were very comfortable here. It was very affordable for our needs and the staff was very nice. It is super close to everything too.

Staff were polite and courteous. The airport shuttle is a very helpful amenity, but beware that it runs only once every 30 minutes. The room was clean, but had a very "motel" feel to it. Breakfast wasn't spectacular, but did the job. Our room felt a little cramped for two, but for a solo traveller this would be perfect. Overall, a solid choice if you're looking for a place to crash on a budget.

There is no space for parking, there is a fee for daily parking but is noy guarantee that you’ll find a space, so I had to park on the street every night. The staff is very helpful, 3rd floor had a ALL day noise next to the elevator, the free beakfast was ok, just I wish they had more fruits or other options to eat, but in general is a good Hotel to stay due to proximity of the airport and has Free shuttle!!

Staff is amazing. Absolutely no complaints there! Location is ok- out the way and amenities accessible on foot if needed. ONLY complaint was the airport shuttle. I called ahead AND once landed and still was driven right past. The shuttle driver isn’t “staff” but if you depend on it to get to the hotel, hopefully you had more luck than i did. However, the man working the desk (I wish I got his name bc he helped in other ways as well) made up for it. Would stay here again.
