I booked this hotel because it advertised complimentary breakfast. However, when I checked in, the front desk informed me that breakfast is no longer being offered. Had I known that in advance, I would not have chosen this hotel. The front desk staff also seemed unmotivated and were rarely at the reception desk when I needed assistance. The room looked nothing like the photos online. It was much older and more worn than I expected. I have to say, the photos are very flattering. The only bright spot during my stay was the housekeeping staff. The woman who cleaned my room was incredibly friendly, and she did an excellent job every day. She is the only person I would give five stars to.
