I was pleasantly surprised staying here after reading some reviews that weren’t too favorable. The staff was friendly, room was quiet considering being right on El Camino real. Plenty of parking, facility was clean outside and inside. Walking distance to several fast food places as well as cheese steak restaurant and a ramen place that was sadly closed. Walking distance to Cal Train station. Car wash next door which was a bonus as car needed to be washed.I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We are staying onthe 1st floor and the family above us walked and jumped in their room untill 2AM. Had to call the reception 2 times to them to be calm in the midnight.

Clean in every respect, nice generous breakfast, and lovely staff. But the lighting is harsh, our king size bed was hard and worn down enough on each side to disturb our sleep. And we are elderly so the obligatory exhaust fan in the bathroom was like a foghorn! We will return if 2 Queens are available and because we think cleanliness is the most important thing. Overall, great value hotel!

We had a good stay for six nights. Very good breakfast too. There was nowhere to hang face towels in use. Some power outlets were worn out and barely making contact.

The room was extremely clean; there was a nice selection of coffee pods for the Keurig; shower water flow was excellent; TV had a nice selection of channels; the dressing area had a handy magnifying mirror, bed and pillows very comfortable, lastly, the Front Desk Supervisor, Lawrence Latchman, was very helpful and accommodating.

I only stayed one night, but the hotel was very clean and quiet. The shower was the best. Other hotels should take notes. This hotel's shower head is removable and the pressure was really good. Loved it!

This is our third time staying at this property when visiting our daughter and her family. Close, convenient and clean. Breakfast is standard fare with something for everyone. Nice to have something before heading out for the day. Have stayed at other hotels in area and this one is one of the least expensive for the amenities.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and the bathroom was updated with a walk in shower. They use reusable containers for the shampoo, soap and lotion which I really appreciate. The only thing I didn’t care for the breakfast. Good coffee and tea but the rest of the breakfast was not so great. But I would stay there again because the rest is so good. Free parking too which is uncommon in the Bay Area.

Had exceptionally clean rooms and rooms were in perfect condition. Not a single blemish. Downside was the manager - he definately needs some anger mangement training. My wife had asked if our room could be cleaned because it was missed. We had the do not disturb sign on and then removed it right after breakfast. The manager got extremely angry and said she was lying. An appropriate response would have simply been to say "sorry about that, here's some towels and we'll make sure to get your room tomorrow". Get some mental health help for this guy.

Dear Gregory You were not present when the conversation happened and so I would not recommend judging the situation when you have no idea what happened. Nobody gets mad simply because your wife complained. It would be best to find other Hotel where your wife can treat people in a demeaning manner and treat people without respect. Not going to happen at this Hotel.
