"We loved this hotel there for one night. I would call it a traditional American hotel that hadn’t change much. Room good size and very clean. Breakfast was very very basic. Wouldn’t rate it at all. Good free shuttle to airport"

"The stay was great. They have a buffet breakfast for $38 plus tax. It was convenient having breakfast in the hotel but I'd rather go out and eat somewhere else. The quality wasnt bad but it wasnt great. They have good amenities like a hair dryer, safe to put your valuables in, an iron, a fridge plus even a steamer which I was unaware of until last day of checking out. The staff was friendly but I didnt really interact with them since I didnt really need anything from them just the checking in part. They do have parking at the hotel (for a daily fee of course) The only negative thing that I didnt like was I messaged the property that it was my wifes bday hence the reason we came and I asked if they can do anything extra to make it special for her. IE: like maybe some balloons blown up or a gift bag something and anything. I did say I'll pay extra for any thing that they do. Unfortunately I never got a response back. They did read my message because I got a generic message welcoming my stay and the usual policies and regulations. But there was no follow up to my important request, even if they couldn't do any accommodations it would have been nice to be notified. That's why I gave it an over all 3 stars because if there isn't any follow up on important request then I can imagine how other request go unanswered."
