We have had a lovely stay at galleria park, lovely staff, comfortable beds and most of all a great location. Highly recommended.

Troy as a first point of contact was particularly friendly and helpful giving us vital informationto help our days run smoother. We will miss him! In fact all staff were really welcoming and went out of their way for us, from reception staff to cleaners to restaurant workers.

We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. Restaurant breakfast was delicious but there’s also a latam coffee shop on the corner of the block directly behind the hotel who do amazing pastries. My stay in San Francisco was part of a larger trip which also included New York and LA. Honestly the hotel was perfect for what I was looking for, very easy going. No uncomfortable pestering (although I’d recommend using the do not disturb sign to avoid being woken by housekeeping). The location was excellent and walking everywhere was super simple. We loved the concept and hotel ethics regarding your love of dogs and supporting their welfare. Danni and John were fabulous having facilitated our meet and greet with Buster, Beau and lily. We will cherish our playtime with you all. Highly recommend your hotel and will forever sing your praises. Don’t ever change your doing great as you are.

Really nice hotel right by China town. Very comfortable room with exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk were really friendly and super helpful.

This hotel is lovely and well located. The hotel deco is very fun, spacious rooms, comfy bed, great service, decent breakfasts and the best thing is the wine reception which is a fantastic touch (this was our fav part of the stay!) The hotel is located 10min walk from Union Sq and the subway station. You’ll have a good selection of restaurants and shops nearby.

Excellent hotel in a great safe location. Fantastic for exploring the bay area. Large room and bed with plenty of pillows. Car parking was free which is a great bonus for SF. Staff(Damon) were friendly and helpful. Nice new microwave in the room which was great for quick meals.

Amazing

What a great location only a few minutes drive from Golden Gate Bridge and on bus route 28 into Fisherman’s Wharf. We had a courtyard room which, although it was cosy, was all we needed for a couple of nights in San Francisco. The bed was really comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Being able to park our car on site and not worry about it being safe was a bonus. We would highly recommend this quirky hotel with a friendly welcome. We’d happily stay again.
