Our stay was good, but this hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel as advertised. Upon check-in we were not informed of any amenities, even though there is a pool on the rooftop that can be used by guests during the day. Night/early morning receptionist guy was very friendly and helpful! Day receptionist (woman) was really hard to communicate with and we got the impression she was trying to make things more difficult for no apparent reason, ie.: we asked for a later check-out, she said she would check with her manager and text us (which she never did), as we didn’t hear back, we assumed it had been granted. Upon checking out at that time, she fought us for 5min about how late it was, implying we would have to pay extra, only to say at the end that “it was ok, she had spoken with her manager and we were all set” - really poor customer service and care. Would not stay there again.

Luxurious location im the heart of Panama.
The receptionist was not friendly and I waited to be attended while she was clearly chatting on her cellphone, shw seemed unhappy to work there. Stfg needs to be friendly and approachable, understanding that we depend on them foe assistance.
