"Breakfast was fresh and had variety. James from the Ibeza pool restaurant was the standout star of the week. We resided in room 1406 and encountered a few minor issues, but knowing that we could see his welcoming and genuine smile made it worthwhile. We visited him every day. He was exceptionally warm, accommodating, and very informative. He will be the primary reason for our return. The ambiance and fragrance of the lobby were simply relaxing. "Exceptional location, this is not only a hotel its a complete experience. If you are tired of lame and boring hotels and want to really stay in a boutique hotel stay here hands down. If you have a car, there is a parking lot just next yo the hotel adding convince since parking in this area is extremely hard. The service is incredible which is not very comon in panama, so its a huge plus. I would definitely come back and stay here."
