Beautiful hotel. Great location. Casino attached to the hotel. Beautiful pool with a great view of the water. Amazing gift shop with extremely reasonable pricing. Great breakfast spread. Hilton Panama was very nice and I enjoy my time there. The staff was very welcoming and treated me like family. The food was great. The view of the ocean from the pool area was wonderful. The restaurant at the pool, Caio Lagazzi, was amazing. The Hilton breakfast was top notch, except that they were a little slow bringing drinks (but to be fair it was Christmas day and they may have been understaffed).

I must say I was disappointed the way Expedia handled it. It appeared, Hilton has 2 types of Master suites - with a balcony and without one. Expedia posts photos with the balcony, I expect the balcony, I really needed it to have some room for myself when all the family sleeps. But Hilton puts me into a no-balcony suite, and says that the balcony suite is not ready and costs $35 more. They moved me the next day and I paid for it. So, it was fine in the end. The room was great, actually, I enjoyed it very much.
