Fabulous ocean view! The kitchen is all well equipped. There are two bathroom, which makes it convenient for the family. There is a swimming pool on the 11th floor. The 2nd floor the building is like a art museum. When you cross the street, you're right at the cinta costera walking path. Our host is very friendly and accessible. Etage eines nicht mehr ganz neuen Hochhauses an der Av. Balboa direkt am Meer. Größe und Ausstattung sind sehr gut und die Aussicht bei Tag und Nacht grandios. Das Haus verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool, 24h-Rezeption oder Fitnessstudio, der WLAN-Empfang ist sehr gut. Kommen wir zu den Schattenseiten: das Gebäude steht direkt an der 10-spurigen Av. Balboa mit starkem Verkehr rund um die Uhr. Leider hat das Gebäude keine Schallschutzfenster, was bei der Lage und Preisklasse eigentlich ein No go ist. Entsprechend laut ist es die ganze Zeit und das Einschlafen wird zur Kunst.
