  • Perfect location to all amenities so there's no need to get back into your car during your vacation!

    Only seconds to the sand to hit the beach! Walking distance to over 12 different unique restaurants, brunch hot spots and sports bars in minutes!

    Unwind and BBQ with friends or family on the front deck while taking in the ocean views and hear the waves crashing.

    View San Diego's green flash sunsets, take out the beach cruiser bikes and kids scooters (provided in garage) onto the boardwalk to Belmont Park or PB, try out the stand up paddle board in the bay, take to the beach with provided umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, and then finish up the evening with full view of the bay and the Sea World summer drone light show (summer only)!

    This recently renovated three bedroom, three ensuite bath beach retreat will give you the full San Diego beach experience and truly getaway!

    Weekly and monthly renters are welcome with generous discounts! Please inquire me with any questions or if you'd like to discuss a longer stay.

    Other details: It's a two car garage that can fit most crossovers and small vehicles. Two can fit at the same time although it is tight with the bikes and beach amenities. The maximum height clearance of vehicles allowed is 68" and depth of 192" although if a single car is parked a longer vehicle could fit diagonally. Low profile vehicles also may not make the downward slope into the garage. There is no additional private parking and parking is not allowed in the alley by garage.
    As with most beach places, there is not central AC but ceiling fans are in every bedroom and the living room.

Absolutely fantastic 3-story beach house plus a roof hangout lounge just a block from the promenade, and a 10 minute walk to local coffee and dining (there are smaller restaurants within a block). A very well appointed kitchen, with all cabinets labeled for contents. Beach chairs and umbrella came in very handy for the one minute walk down to the beach. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Sam was very quick to respond to questions and we had zero issues during our stay. (thank you Sam!)Parking is tricky if you have a full-size SUV (we have a Jeep Grand Wagoneer), otherwise there’s a 2-car garage.We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

A great vacation home. It was very clean, well equipped kitchen, and great deck areas with beautiful views. Perfect location, easy walk to the beach, boardwalk and great restaurants within blocks. Rosemaries is right in front of the house for a tasty burger!

Great location. Very comfortable bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Easy beach access. Great rooftop deck. It was cold when we visited and we had a slight issue with the heat. There were a bunch of nice throw blankets and plenty of beach towels.

Sam was a fantastic host. The house was newly renovated, everything was fresh and clean. Amenities were great, beds were extremely comfortable, good location close to the beach and restaurants. We were not able to fit two midsize SUVs in the garage, but found nearby free parking so not a big deal. We really loved that each of the three bedrooms had its own very nice bathroom. I would definitely return to this home.

We had a wonderful stay at this place.Close to everything. As long as you've got some walking shoes and a bicycle, that's all you need to get around this area.Best part is the beach is just a few steps away!as well as plenty of food options and ways to stay active in this immediate surroundings.We would come again.

Wonderful property, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms with plenty of towels. The deck and front patio can’t be beat. We enjoyed all our meals outside. We also really appreciated the garage parking, beach chairs and umbrella. We didn’t use the bikes but it’s so nice to have them if we wanted to use them. Hope to stay here again next year!
