Be on vacation every day at this spacious 3 bedroom home, just 2 houses from the ocean! Located in North Mission, you`ll find everything you`ll need -- from restaurants to cute shops to beach rentals -- merely blocks away. So what are you waiting for?! Your Southern California adventure starts NOW.

This is a three-level townhome. The first level has a large living space with a sleeper sofa, 60` smart TV and fast Wifi. The second level has a fully stocked kitchen, a full bathroom with shower and a queen bedroom with a private patio. The third level has two bedrooms: one w/California King, and a smart TV. The second one has a queen bed & a bunk bed as well as a private patio. There is also a jack-and-jill style bathroom on the third level. There is ample parking in the large 2 car garage, and an additional 3rd spot if you park parallel to the garage. Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and patio with no shared space. However, please note that the attached 3 bedroom townhome next door is also short term rental. The home is separated by a shared wall and a locking hotel style door on the second level that will remain locked on both sides unless you rent both homes and book together for a 6 bedroom, 4 bath (sleeps approx 18) .

The entire property, including all balconies and the patio, are exclusively yours.

Check-in is virtual, as you`ll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.

Mission Beach is an amazing coastal community and the ideal spot to `live at the beach`. Enjoy several miles of long, flat boardwalks for riding bikes or skateboards or just going on a stroll at sunset. Restaurants, bars and Belmont Park are all within walking distance. And of course, the beach on one side to surf or the bay on the other for more casual water play (unless you decide to kayak, stand-up paddle board or sail...all rental options are just minutes away). Seaworld, Downtown San Diego, the world-famous Zoo, Balboa Park and La Jolla are all within easy reach.

-Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted at our properties--being overly disruptive to neighbors will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any monies paid (including your refundable deposit).
