Working with a local designer, we’ve blended industrial loft architecture with a modern Bohemian aesthetic to create a space that is as stylish as it is comfortable. With soaring 20' vaulted ceilings and plenty of room to spread out across the three stories, this is the ideal urban sanctuary for your stay in San Diego. The Space: Spanning three distinct floors, our home offers the perfect balance of privacy and gathering space for up to 8 guests. ✦ 1st Floor: The entry level: features the Guest Bedroom, and a full bathroom. ✦ 2nd Floor: The heart of the home features a fully stocked kitchen and a dining space that seats eight—ideal for group meals. Unwind in the living room with a movie on the massive 75” Insignia Smart TV, or step out onto your private balcony for bistro-style seating and fresh air.
