This newly remodeled, one-story home in a quiet Bay Park neighborhood, is the perfect home base for exploring all that San Diego has to offer. In the evenings, relax on the back deck and enjoy sunset views over Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, Mount Soledad, La Jolla and the Pacific Ocean. The views can be enjoyed throughout the home from the large windows that can be opened to enjoy a pleasant ocean breeze. The home has a comfortable modern beach vibe with high end furnishings from West Elm, CB2, Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, Scandinavian Designs and Living Spaces. The living room has a custom made, down stuffed, large sectional couch with linen fabric. It is so heavenly to sink into and relax. The living room also has a large picture window w/a custom motorized shade to open to enjoy the view and easy close for your privacy.
Kitchen: A well stocked chef's kitchen with brand new Samsung appliances, Ninja Air-Fryer, chefs Knife Block, and Caphalon pots and pans. Enjoy amazing bay and ocean views from multiple rooms as well as the back deck.
Back Yard: The back deck has a lounge area with great views, lush plants, (the owner is a chef and most plants are edible herbs. A “chefs garden”, he even planted a “mojito pot”, with key limes and mint). There is a nice new grill. A lower tier features a large artificial grass area with 2 sun loungers, umbrella and cocktail table, as well as a 6 person dining for al fresco dining. Below the deck is a concrete covered patio with access to a storage box with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler, and beach toys. Off the master bedroom is a secluded succulent garden with two lounge chairs and small table.
Location and Parking: Conveniently located just off the I-5 and less than a quarter mile from the Balboa Trolly Station. Only 1 mile to Mission Bay, and 2 miles to the beach in PB. There are two parking spots in the driveway and plenty of street parking as well. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
