All bedrooms have beautiful en-suite bathrooms, with marble and glass shower, heated marble floors. Bathroom #2 upstairs has clawfoot tub. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout (except bathrooms). Ocean views from most of the house. Kitchen nook provides extra seating / work space.

Two story great room with fireplace provides spacious area for relaxing, enjoying ocean view and sunsets.

High quality linens and mattresses (fully encased in zippered, quiet, breathable protective covers that protect from allergens, etc.) .

Beautiful stained glass pieces are displayed. Most are from early 1920s.

Conveniently located. Quiet neighborhood minutes from downtown San Diego, beaches, shopping, entertainment.
Our home sleeps 6 comfortably (3 bedrooms with queen beds); additional person(s) can sleep on queen inflatable mattress or single mattress in larger bedroom.
If there are young children, please state ages in your request so we can prepare accordingly (eg, put away breakable objects).
There is a workshop/studio (2nd level) in the back of the property; the owners (or caretaker) occasionally stay there and takes care of the large garden (eg, watering in the summer).
This is a quiet neighborhood. We respect our neighbors. No excessive noise will be tolerated, and will result in dismissal.
NO SMOKING! One of our daughters is allergic to smoke residue.

We have a cat and dog (Buddy, Cocker Spaniel) that are in the house when it's not rented; they're not allowed to enter one bedroom that is always closed.
