WHY FAMILIES LOVE IT
The garage is loaded so you don't rent or haul a thing: kayaks (including a 2-person), paddleboard, 8-ft foam surfboard, boogie boards, beach cruiser bikes, beach wagon, chairs, shade coverings, and sand toys. For the littlest guests: crib, toddler beds, blackout blinds, board games, and art supplies.

We keep this home the way we keep it for our own family — we use it many weeks a year. The kitchen is genuinely full: supplies, spices and condiments, Nespresso (pods included), milk frother, SodaStream, plus charging cords, games, laundry detergent, and more. Some short-term rentals are completely bare — not even salt and pepper in the house. That's not what our place is like. Our place is your home away from home.

THE LOCATION
Leave the car parked all week. Walk to restaurants, Belmont Park, and boat rentals — both the bay and the ocean are steps away. SeaWorld fireworks are visible from the front door in summer, and dolphins visit all the time.
