"Nice, clean, very small but extrance door opens to a roomy outdoor kitchen. So convenient to anywhere you would want to go in San Diego. Owner Cecilla so very nice and has a food court restaurant at Liberty Market within 3 blocks. Best food we had there since our stay!"

"My husband took our 2 teen daughters to Lynn’s place this past week for 4 nights. It was spectacular! The views are incredible, and the sunsets were unbelievable. We sat several nights on the deck and just watched all the people walking and enjoying the coastline with their adorable dogs! The cottage is fully stocked and adorably decorated. The beds are SO comfortable! We will definitely be back, Encinitas is the coolest spot and a great place to see and visit the San Diego area! Thank you Lynn!"

"We've been staying at this property almost every year for a number of years now. We still love it. It's not super fancy but has everything we need to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing week at the beach. It's perfect for us! Great views to watch the dolphins and the sunset, just off the boardwalk to avoid the extra noise, and easy to go back and forth between the beach and meal times or potty breaks. We'd buy it if it ever went up for sale, it's that enjoyable!"

Most importantly the Windnsea beach! -Great view from rooftop -Hot tub has a fun little grotto feel, perfect for 2 people. -Game room is a nice touch complete with Laundry! -Roku System was useful for evening movie viewing -Tiny but mighty kitchen Cons: -Pictures need to be updated, especially the rooftop. "Cute little cottage in a great location. Super close to the beach and walking distance to excellent restaurants. Owner was very friendly and gave superb dining recommendations, including spots that seemed popular with locals. Parking was on street but no troubles finding nearby spots and it was over Memorial Day Weekend. Kitchen was nicely stocked. It was perfect for a couple on a getaway extended weekend!"

Rodney was responsive to texts and offered up suggestions on dining when asked. No grill or fire pit like listed unless it was tucked away where we didn’t see. "We knew we wanted to stay in OB to hang at Dog Beach, and I chose this place because of the proximity to the beach (maybe a 4 minute walk), and the dog washing station! This property has street parking and isn’t so bad if you time it right (wait for people to go to work and you’ll get a close spot). The property is set back from the street and quiet. "First off the location is great. The beach cruisers were a nice addition to get around the local area. There is a garage for a small car. The bed was comfortable and linens clean. The courtyard was nice. We had a great time A few things would make it better. The couch was stained and dirty, we used beach towels to sit on it. "Took my 10 year old granddaughter to my favorite place…Coronado. Ironically got the exact same bungalow I had 2 years ago. It was perfect. Always stocked with all you need, they have added beach wagons, chairs, sand toys and more! It was so nice to be able to use the wagon…little legs are always worn out on the way home from the beach. We shared many deep conversations at the outdoor seating. It was a perfect trip. I will always look for these properties in the future."
