"I was looking for a clean, reliable property near the water. This fits the bill. Two bedrooms, secured garage parking, a reasonably supplied kitchen, and the sound of the ocean audible at night. It's an easy walk to the pier and downtown, which we did several times. There's a good coffee shop at Tremont and Minnesota with lots of outdoor seating. The only issue was that the wifi was a little spotty. Not a problem for streaming video, because of the built-in buffering, but more of a problem if...

"We enjoyed San Diego, and our stay at this property. Steps to the beach with lots of food options near by. The grocery, Ralph’s is just blocks away, making it easy to get essentials. There were all the basic spices, and coffee to get you started. Clean and comfortable! Above all the communication was terrific. During our stay we needed help with the internet and received immediate response. Very professional!"

"Beautiful location, short walk to the beach and Boardwalk. There is a little grocery store nearby which is ok in a pinch, but it’s expensive and not super well stocked. Best to pick up your groceries in the shopping district (which is about an hour walk along the boardwalk or an 8 mins Uber ride). I loved Mission Beach and this little apartment was very reasonably priced, excellent location and well stocked."

"Took my 10 year old granddaughter to my favorite place…Coronado. Ironically got the exact same bungalow I had 2 years ago. It was perfect. Always stocked with all you need, they have added beach wagons, chairs, sand toys and more! It was so nice to be able to use the wagon…little legs are always worn out on the way home from the beach. We shared many deep conversations at the outdoor seating. It was a perfect trip. I will always look for these properties in the future."
