I booked this hotel by mistake but then we really enjoyed the property. Nice room, nice bathroom. A little away from downtown but we had the car (parking at the property). Very interesting art all around. Good cocktails. All in all we had very good time.

The best hotel in the area

I had such an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The place is super clean, with a gorgeous views, great french architecture, food is delicious and the employees are always in the best attitude to help in anything. It seriosuly exceeded my expectations and is a must go when staying in San Cristobal

This was such a nice surprise, the hotel is a five star property at the level of a big city luxury hotel!!! The service starting at check in with Carlos and a nice glass of bubbly, restaurant is superb and every single one of the staff is top notch! Kudos to Jesus in breakfast and Luis at lunch!! Loved it here and will for sure come back!!

One of the best in Chiapas!!!

This a new and 5 star quality boutique hotel that can easily be compared to St Regis or Ritz Carlton! We stayed here for 5days and had a wonderful time as a family! During our stay here in July 2025, we felt we were the only guests in this hotel which felt strange. We also ate at their restaurant where we saw very few guests but were not staying in the hotel. All the staff from rest, bar, front desk and housekeepers were professional, courteous, and kind. The only drawbacks to this hotel was location. It was a distance away from the plaza and Centro. Uber doesn't work in Chiapas so hailing a taxi takes time from the hotel. The solution, befriend a local taxi driver and text them when you want them to pick you up. A few suggestions to even elevate this hotel: 1) have a heated pool (no other luxury hotel in San Cris has a pool). There is a garden courtyard where a pool can fit on one side of the walkway. 2) have hair dryers in the bathrooms. Strange that a lux hotel didn't have one (or is it only upon request?).

El sitio tiene una construcción muy agradable a la vista, las camas son cómodas, pero las instalaciones hidráulicas son pésimas ya que se escucha muy fuerte el agua de la regadera de la habitación contigua. Pasado de las 11 de la noche bajé a la recepción (porque el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba) para reportar que no se podía dormir por el ruido y descubrí que para el turno de la noche únicamente había un solo empleado para todo el hotel. Los precios del hotel son de un hotel de lujo, pero están lejos de serlo. Incluso no hay secadores de cabello y no ponen jabón de ducha.
