Schöne Lobby, schöne Zimmer, das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut, die Lage des Hotels ist auch super, nettes Personal, es werden verschiedene Touren angeboten. Schade dass ich nur 2 Nächte da war

Es agradable su terraza, tiene muchas plantas, el cuarto es sencillo y chiquito, no tenía cable el aparato decía que no habían pagado el servicio y solo tenía canales de música habilitados, el wifi si llega pero le faltaba un poco más de intensidad y me dieron otra habitación diferente a la que había solicitado, me toco con una tasa de baño despegada que por poco me caigo sentado con todo y tasa, al cuarto que me toco se ve algo descuidado y es súper sencillo, como lo agarrábamos solo para dormir. En el cuarto que me dieron arriba se escuchaba como que se prendía un clima o un aparato en la noche, o como si alguien se meciera en alguna mecedora. Pero fuera de eso y no eres de esas personas exigentes pues para ir a dormir y tener un lugar a donde llegar cuando vas de visita a san Cristobal pues nada de eso no te molestará!!!

La ubicacion es excelente, inmejorable. El personal se esforzo demasiado en ofrecer un excelente servicio y siempre fueron muy amables. El hotel ofrece lo basico, pero hace todo lo necesario para que puedas pasar un tiempo inigualable. Sin duda lo volveria a escoger.

La verdad el clima de San Cristóbal es muy frío, el hotel cuenta con agua caliente para que estés cómodo. No necesitas ventilador o aire acondicionado.

El ligar esta muy bonito. Pudimos tomarnos algunas fotografias del patio central que tienw una muy bonita iluminacion. Las habitaciones conservan el estilo original colonial pero en muy buen estado. El personal muy atento y servicial ademas la ybicaciones es exelente! Seguro lo volveriamos a visitsr

La ubicación está perfecta, y el patio central está hermoso. El restaurante está bien. Sin embargo: los cuartos están muy chiquitos, y las camas muy muy duras e incomodas. El baño tenía un olor fuerte a caño que infiltró al cuarto. El staff efectivo, pero nada cálido, ni una sonrisa en el lugar. Lo bueno es que todo esto tiene Solución, y el hotel tiene muchísimo potencial.

Cute hotel. Loved the plants outside the rooms. We had a room with a loft. It was like having a 2 bedroom place and fun for my 12 year old daughter. Very convenient location and friendly helpful staff.

La ubicación, la atención del personal, las áreas comunes y los alimentos son excelentes, de primera. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero tienen lo necesario. Sugiero poner más atención a la limpieza de la regadera, colocar más tomacortientes en la habitación e incluir crema para el cuerpo en sus artículos de tocador. Gracias por sus atenciones

Friendly, clean hotel in a great location!

I found the staff at the front desk and the restaurant very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and ready to answer questions. The rooms are small but very comfortable. And in some cases the rooms have an extra loft area that provides a nice space to read or relax.The staff cleaned the rooms right away. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is right next to the main plaza and easy walking distance to the local market and restaurants.

Molto carino

La struttura è molto carina e ben sistemata. Un difetto è la troppa luce che entra dalle finestre poste sul tetto. Il prezzo è un po' troppo alto, ma nel complesso il soggiorno è stato positivo.

A most perfect

Loved the hotel, restaurant and all the staff. Pretty patio, lovely decor and ambiance, soft music. Quiet room in back was a little crowded, but there were 3 beds, so we used one for our suitcases. As others have said, blessings are VERY firm, and shower takes 7 min to heat up. Just plain wasteful and strange. Hope they can fix these 2 problems soon. We will were there for Day of the Deason and saw over task in businesses as we walked around, also took taxi to cemetery of see familes cleaning graves and decorating them with flowers. Glad we went.

Awful stay

We had to change room, because the carpet smelled so bad. The toilet wasn't working. Very small TV. Dark rooms. The breakers weren't working well and we had to wait a lot for the technician. This hotel was very expensive. Won't book again.
