"This is a lovely hotel and great location
We were welcomed well by a well trained young receptionist but we can't recommend it based on our experience of the senior staff bar restaurant and breakfast room who were at best unwelcoming and unhelpful. We stayed 2 nights and are regular travellers having enjoyed Italy's great hospitality in other hotels so we were surprised then disappointed with this hotel

"If I visit the Dolomites again, I will definitely stay at this hotel! Hotel Ladinia modestly describes itself as a 3-star hotel, but I think it vastly underestimates itself—my personal experience during my stay was that it offers 5-star service.
From the location, room size, quality of breakfast and dinner, staff attitude, to the parking arrangements, there is absolutely nothing to fault. The only thing to complain about is that their rooms are too comfortable, featuring a small balcony with a...

A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had.

We arrived late (about 11pm) but the staff were very helpful and quick checking us in. The room was excellent and the pool and spa facilities good. Contrary to some reviews I have seen pool water is well heated. The breakfasts have a good range of food of good quality.

We visited this hotel for one night. The hotel was in a beautiful little village with stunning views of the mountains and peaks. The hotel was immaculately clean. I loved the idea of the spa bag which came with robes, slippers and a towel. The pool area was great with various drinks to refresh yourself. Breakfast was a great bonus, lots of continental choices however, they also have a menu to choose some freshly made cooked items such as omelets, crepes and pancakes.
I would definitely...

Cannot fault the hotel at all. Service was incredible, staff will go above and beyond, clean rooms and the spa is brilliant! The views from the hotel are incredible as well. Breakfast was amazing too with lots of options - I have never seen protein powder at a breakfast buffet!
Just an FYI, you need a universal adaptor if you want to charge anything by your bed. The normal European two pin (round) plug points are by the desk and in the bathroom.

Stayed for 1 week. Fantastic experience. Highlights were friendly staff, good breakfast and pretty much a private spa every night (we visited in July) - I imagine it would get busy quickly as it's very small but kept very clean. Very good sauna.
Basic rooms but all you need in an area with so much outdoor activities to do.

The check-in is only manned until 7pm and they have a great idea of giving you a code to access keys outside of these hours. Worked great for us. It’s classed as a 2 star hotel but feels way better than that. Very comfy bed and clean room. Nice walk in shower. Simpe decor. Small but nice balcony. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room but there is a coffee vending machine in lobby charging 1€ per drink. Would stay here again definitely- great value for money
