"Our stay was amazing, the service was excellent as well as the spa facilities . Food was superb and Christina gave us a great service at the restaurant . The chef Joseph is a master ! The only thins that can be improved (1) to heat the jacuzzi in the indoor pool as it’s too cold (2) to add weights of 2 or 3 k at the gym (which was also great )"

"The hotel is located in a very small village and is far away from main cities in the area of the Dolomites. The room was very small, the smallest we had in Italy in 10 days trip where we stayed in 6 different hotels or B&B. There were no non-smoking rooms in the hotel and the room had very heavy disgusting smell. We asked for another room and but it smelled the same. The furniture was old and in dark colors which gave a depressing atmosphere. The water in the shower was not hot enough. No...
