When I checked for a week and payed CASH IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years!

Menger Hotel
We were disappointed in the front desk staff and the valet staff. After our first night (at 9:00 am) we asked for fresh towels (spilled coffee) and another roll of toilet paper (only provided 1 and we were already out). They said it would be brought to us shortly.
